Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Disqualification / Rejection of Offers • The name of the vendor indicated in Quantum must match exactly the name shown in all supporting documents (e.g., proposal, financial offer, legal registration). • Offers submitted under a company name in Quantum but bearing the name of an individual contractor in the documents (or vice versa) will be rejected.
