Overview

The NCR seeks the appointment of an Accredited and Registered Microsoft Licensing Partner to renew and support the Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC Bridge licences at the National Credit Regulator for a one-year term. The bidder must be an accredited Microsoft licensing partner and capable of the annual renewal, maintenance, and support of the GP Bridge to Cloud solution. Pricing should cover the Premium Licence and Team Licence renewals.

Requirements

• Accredited Microsoft Licensing Partner status capable of Dynamics GP Bridge to Cloud renewal, support, and maintenance.
• Deliverables: annual renewal of GP Bridge licences (Premium and Team licences) and ongoing support within 1 week after PO.
• Submit required bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, proof of CSD registration, VAT/tax status, and SARS Tax Compliance/Pin where applicable.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof; compliance with general terms and conditions.
• Preference points framework: 80/20 system; provide evidence for specific goals to score (e.g., Black ownership, women, youth, disability) as applicable.
• Compliance with NCR’s SCM policies and timing rules (no late submissions; confidential handling of responses).
