Overview

NED Professional Services (Network Engineering & Design) panel contract in the Cape Coastal Cluster, a NEC3 PSC3 professional services panel for network engineering and design. Eligible bidders include professional services firms with relevant network design capability; open tender participants must meet Eskom’s eligibility rules and avoid conflicts of interest.

Requirements

• Eligibility: not under any restriction to do business with Eskom/SOEs; not sanctioned; not submitting multiple bids or in JV without explicit liability terms; no conflict of interest.
• Qualifications: key personnel (engineers/technologists) with CVs showing relevant experience per category (returnables).
• Certifications: supplier quality must conform to ISO 9001 QMS; adherence to Eskom Supplier Quality Management Specification (QM 58) and related ISO/IEC references.
• Documentation: complete and submit SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4), annexures (A–J), local content declarations where applicable, and pricing schedules (PDF + Excel).
• Health & Safety: comply with Eskom OHS/SHE requirements (Annexure B and SHE specs).
• Pricing and contract: NEC3 PSC3 contract data; price reimbursable structure; minimum contract data (start Feb 2027, completion Jan 2030).
