Overview

NECSA seeks a service provider to deliver an Instrumentation Training Officer for Necsa Learning Academy on a temporary basis to train apprentices from 01 October 2026 for 17 weeks (680 hours). Ideal bidders are entities with an Instrumentation Trade Certificate, at least 2 years as a Qualified Artisan, and at least 2 years as a Facilitator, plus an optional Facilitator or Assessor Certificate. Special Conditions require attaching all requested documents, including SBD 4 and a B-BBEE certificate, with the quote.

Requirements

• Proof of company registration (CIPC), valid Tax Compliance Certificate, and registration on Necsa Database as a service provider.
• Candidate qualifications: Instrumentation Trade Certificate; minimum 2 years as Qualified Artisan; minimum 2 years as Facilitator; additional: Facilitator or Assessor Certificate.
• Desirable skills: good communication, problem solving, judgment/decision making, critical/creative thinking.
• Documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate; SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest); B-BBEE certificate or applicable EME affidavit; COID good standing if applicable; any other documents requested.

• Documents to submit: complete pricing schedule; Tax clearance; SBD 4; B-BBEE certificate or affidavit; CIPC registration; proof of Necsa database registration; any other documents listed in the RFQ. Pricing must be fixed, inclusive of all taxes and associated costs; no upfront payments.
• Pre-qualifications: Tax clearance; SBD 4; B-BBEE status; COID certificate if applicable; Necsa supplier registration.
• Briefing: Compulsory site briefing is not applicable.
