Overview

Procurement of construction and renovation services for the NTCSA Executive Office extension at Megawatt Park and renovations to the Megawatt Park Library and Treasury for six months. Open to building contractors with CIDB 5GB+ and capability in building extensions, renovations and building services integration (MEP: HVAC, electrical, fire protection).

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher
• CSD registration (mandatory contractual requirement)
• Eligible, non-conflict of interest, not on defaulters list, not restricted by National Treasury; submit mandatory tender returnables (SBD forms) and attachments
• Provide three (3) verifiable reference letters for similar Executive Suite/renovation projects; provide CVs and qualifications of the project design authority; demonstrate capability in fire detection, HVAC and electrical works per project scope
