Procurement of NTCSA Industrialisation Consulting Services to develop and implement NTCSA's Industrialisation Strategy (2024/25–2034/35). Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in industrial strategy development and implementation, local manufacturing enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements: Annexure B Acknowledgement Form, BRA, OHS Plan, COIDA good standing, CEO-signed OHS policy (see Annexure B PDF; Annexure T3 low-risk criteria).
• Valid COIDA or equivalent good standing; OHS training certificates meeting SETA/SAQA standards.
• E-tendering readiness: complete and submit mandatory E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement (see E-Tendering doc).
• Designated Sector / Local Content and CIDB-related prerequisites: SBD 6.2/Annex C where applicable; CIDB Skills Development compliance (see SDL&I input).
• Prepare and maintain OHS-related documentation, incident reporting, and site readiness per Eskom standards (Environmental and OHS documents may apply).
