Overview

Off-Site Record Management Services for Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JCPZ). This is a 36-month contract for legally registered contractors to provide off-site record management, with compulsory site briefings/inspections and a 80/20 evaluation (Functionality vs. Price). Preference points: Women-Owned (51%+) and Locality within COJ. Submissions are at JCPZ Head Office; documents are downloadable from JCPZ or etenders websites.

Requirements

• Attendance at compulsory site briefing and completion of Specifications/Terms of Reference.
• Evaluation on Functionality and 80/20 (price/quality) basis; preference points for Women-Owned and COJ locality (10 points each).
• Bids must be submitted on the JCPZ bid document; bid validity is 120 days.
• Duration: 36 months; site inspections as part of the process.
• Mandatory compliance with tender terms and prohibition of late or non-conforming bids.
