Overview

Provision of Office Accommodation for the Stutterheim DoA Office in the Amathole District for a period of 36 months. Suitable service providers in office/ facilities accommodation, with registrations (CSD, LOGIS), active PSIRA, and ability to provide references for similar work, are invited to bid. A compulsory site briefing is scheduled; submission closes 30 June 2026.

Requirements

• Active PSIRA registration.
• CSD and LOGIS registrations active before closing date.
• Tax compliance verification (via CSD) for bidders.
• References confirming prior delivery of similar office accommodation projects.
• Complete all documents required to qualify for any designated “preference points”; attach all specified documents.
• If the bidder is a general dealer, submit the supplier arrangement form.
• Adhere to specifications; non-compliance may lead to contract termination.
• No late submissions; non-responsive use of correction fluid leads to disqualification.
• Bid evaluation: 80/20 (price 80 points; 20 points for specific goals). Proposals valid for 90 days.
