• B-BBEE status or sworn affidavit
• Municipal billing clearance documentation
• Foreign bidders: answer Part B:3; JV/consortia: separate TCS/PIN for each party

• Provide copies of IDs; latest municipal accounts; Audited financial statements (last 3 years) where applicable
• Submit CSD number if no TCS; relevant pre-qualifications
