Overview

Olifantsvlei Wastewater Treatment Works infrastructure renewal, refurbishment and repair works at the Van Wyksrust Sewer Pump Station. Johannesburg Water invites bids for refurbishment and repair as part of its Infrastructure Renewal Plan. Bidders should have wastewater infrastructure contracting capability (civil/mechanical/electrical) and CIDB registration; verify exact CIDB requirements in the bid documents. Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session on 20 July 2026 at 13:00 at Olifantsvlei WWTW Admin Building Main Boardroom (compulsory).
• Closing date: 13 August 2026 at 10:30.
• Submission: sealed envelopes deposited in the tender box at the Turbine Hall entrance, 65 Ntemi Piliso Street, Newtown.
• Documents: bid documents available in PDF from the Johannesburg Water website or e-tender portal; must be neatly bound and in full with no pages omitted; follow requirements in the bid documents. (see 8 JULY 2026 TENDER NOTICE.pdf).

• Attend the compulsory briefing on 20 July 2026 at 13:00 at Olifantsvlei WWTW Admin Building Main Boardroom.
• Submit your sealed bid by 13 August 2026 at 10:30 to the Turbine Hall tender box.
