Overview

The Department seeks a service provider for a one-time supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for the Eastern Cape Deeds Registry in Qonce. Bidders with proven capacity to supply, deliver, install and warranty office furniture (including space planning, on-site installation, and after-sales support) and to comply with tax, CSD registration, and local-content requirements should bid.

Requirements

• Ability to supply, deliver and install office furniture with on-site installation and maintenance guarantees.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and verified tax compliance status.
• Compulsory briefing attendance and site inspection.
• Provide clear product pictures/catalogues; include repair/replacement plans for at least 3 years.
• Provide a guarantee/warranty for at least 3 years.
• Minimum of three client reference letters (not older than 10 years).
• Submit authority to sign SBDs and all required bidding documents (SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, GCC, etc.).
• Compliance with local-content requirements (SANS 1286:2017) for each item, e.g., 70–100% local content thresholds per item.

• Submission method: hard copy bid in sealed envelope to the Tender Box (see attached bid document).
