Requirements

• Valid trading license; certificate of registration; valid tax compliance certificate (previous financial year)
• AGPO certificate (where applicable)
• Copy of certificate of incorporation; KRA PIN
• Copy of valid business permit; CR 12 from Registrar of Companies
• Evidence of similar works in last 3 years; evidence of adequate equipment and personnel
• Proof of financial soundness; state litigation history of the company
• Duly filled confidential business questioner and form of tender
• Country of origin documentation for goods; compliance with technical specifications for the bus
• Quotation must be in Kenyan Shillings; prices fixed for the validity period
