OPEN TENDER FOR PROVISION OF VIRTUAL MEDICAL CARD SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK METHOD FOR PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Open tender for provision of Virtual Medical Card Services under Framework Method for period of three years. Kenyatta University invites bids from firms that provide Virtual Medical Card Services, open to bidders compliant with Kenyan public procurement rules; foreign bidders must meet local-content requirements and tax/regulatory obligations per the tender documents. Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with Kenyan public procurement rules; non-debarment; no conflicts of interest; joint ventures allowed with joint and several liability; limit of one tender per firm.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; evidence to be provided.
• Tax compliance certificate required from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Tender security of KSh 100,000 (from a bank or insurance company).
• Documents: Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, Tender Security, eligibility and qualification documentation, and any JV agreements if applicable.
