OPEN TENDER FOR RENEWAL OF CHECKPOINT FIREWALL SECURITY LICENSE

Overview

Open tender for renewal of Check Point firewall security license, open to local Check Point partners authorized in renewal, supply and implementation of Check Point firewall security licenses. Kenyatta University seeks renewal of its Check Point firewall license and related services; bidders must be local Check Point partners authorized for renewal and deployment. Joint ventures allowed with appropriate representation and compliance with Kenyan procurement rules.

Requirements

• Local Check Point partner authorized in renewal, supply and implementation of Check Point firewall licenses.
• If bidding as a joint venture, provide JV Agreement or letter of intent; joint and several liability; nominated representative; comply with Competition Act exemptions.
• Not debarred; comply with anti-corruption provisions; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• If not manufacturer, provide Manufacturer's Authorization; tax clearance certificate.
• Evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods to specifications; include necessary documentation.
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration; amount KES 200,000; validity per TDS (plus 0.03% public levy on contract value).
• Prices quoted in Kenyan Shillings; fixed unless TDS allows adjustment; if allowed, up to two foreign currencies.
• Submit Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security/declaration, Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable), JV documents (if applicable), and other TDS-required docs.
