Overview

Open tender for supply and delivery of meat and allied products at North Coast Beach Hotel under a Framework Agreement Method. Qualified bidders are firms supplying meat and related foodstuffs, capable of meeting Kenyan public-procurement rules and the requirements of a framework agreement with Kenyatta University (KU) for the North Coast Beach Hotel.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and the Competition Act 2010; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible Tenderers: individuals, private entities, state-owned entities, or JVs; JVs must designate a representative and are liable for entire contract.
• No disqualifying conflicts of interest; debarment check with PPRA; tax clearance certificate (Kenya).
• Eligibility of goods and related services; origin declarations; Kenyan sourcing restrictions apply to listed items (e.g., Kenya-made goods where specified).
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration; validity aligned to tender period; JV tender security in JV name.
