Overview

Opening and closing of electrical cable trenches at PetroSA Refinery in Mossel Bay. The project is a refinery maintenance/service engagement; bidders should be electrical/civil maintenance contractors capable of working at a refinery and able to register as PetroSA suppliers through the online system after completing the supplier self-registration process (CSD Phase 1 and PetroSA Phase 2) as described in the referenced registration guide.

Requirements

• Register in the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (Phase 1) and complete PetroSA Phase 2 registration (online portal) (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Complete the 7-step PetroSA registration wizard and achieve green/complete status in all mandatory steps (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Provide BEE information and attach supporting documents (e.g., BEE certificate) during registration (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Attach required documents to the supplier profile and declare any conflicts of interest (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Undergo PetroSA’s vetting by Database Administrators; ensure status allows online tendering.
• Follow online tender submission process before the stated closing date (submission deadline: 30 June 2026 11:00).

• Ensure you are registered in the CSD (Phase 1) and complete PetroSA Phase 2 registration via the Intenda-based portal (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Log in to the PetroSA supplier portal, complete Steps 1–7, upload required documents (e.g., BEE certificate), and resolve any conflicts of interest (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
• Submit your bid online through PetroSA’s online tender system before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 (deadline in metadata).
