Overview

Provision for decoration and setup for OR Tambo Public Lecture in Alice. UFH invites quotes from suitably qualified service providers to decorate and set up three areas (Main Venue, Gymnasium, Holding room) for the OR Tambo Lecture on 15 October 2026, including chairs, carpets, draping, stage chairs, tablecloths, chair covers and centerpieces; bidders must have a valid Tax Clearance and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Submit an Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Respond fully to the specifications and UFH SCM policy; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
• Complete and submit pricing declaration/schedule (including VAT).
• Provide B-BBEE status level and supporting documentation (SBD 6.1, etc.).
• If subcontracting, provide details as required by the bid documents.
