Overview

UUW is procuring an Organizational Culture Survey to assess and report on its organisational culture, including survey design, data collection, analysis and reporting, for a 12-month contract. Bidder should be a professional-services firm with relevant experience in organisational surveys, HR analytics, survey methodology and reporting; familiarity with BBBEE and public-sector procurement requirements.

Requirements

• SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure and Contract Participation Goals declarations.
• Mandatory virtual briefing on 08 October 2026; closing date 29 October 2026 at 12:00; submissions in the Tender Box (310 Burger Street, Pietermaritzburg). (Download Tender Document)
• Contract Participation Goals: minimum 35% total; at least 25% to UUW-area enterprises and 10% Local participation; CPG Partner requirements and related subcontracting rules.
• Insurance: Public liability min R10,000,000; Professional indemnity min R5,000,000 (period of performance).
