Overview

Procurement of professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (Pr. CHSA) consultancy services for the OTTOSHOOP POLICE STATION Dolomite Risk Management Strategy, covering upgrade/replacement of civil engineering and dry services. Bidders should be qualified SACPCMP CHSA with NEBOSH International General Construction Health & Safety or equivalent, and/or multidisciplinary practices under registered professionals; returnable documents must prove registrations and competencies; BBBEE considerations apply for score.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (Pr. CHSA) with SACPCMP; minimum one principal with NEBOSH International/SAIOSH-recognised health-and-safety qualification (or SAMTRAC) and SACPCMP registration.
• If a multidisciplinary practice, the health-safety division must be under full-time supervision by a registered CHSA; provide evidence of registrations for all principals.
• Returnable documents: proof of professional registration, CVs, and relevant certificates; SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of identity/ownership for principals.
• Minimum insurance: Professional Indemnity as specified in Contract Data.
• Functionality and risk: minimum functionality score of 50/100; evaluation includes experience on comparable/past projects, performance quality, key SACPCMP personnel, and risk criteria. Documentation must support DPW-09 PSB submissions and related schedules.
