OUDTSHOORN MAGISTRATE'S OFFICE REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS : QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES

Overview

Provision of Quantity Surveying Services for Oudtshoorn Magistrate's Office repairs and renovations. The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites bids for professional quantity surveying services for project CPTC002/26. Suitable for registered Professional Quantity Surveyors under SACQSP, or multidisciplinary practices with a QS division. Briefing is mandatory; closing date 16 November 2026 (11:00); electronic submission via the e-tender portal is contemplated.

Requirements

• Quantity surveying practice with full-time supervision by a registered quantity surveyor(s) and relevant professional registrations; multidisciplinary practices must have a QS division supervised by a registered QS.
• Returnable documentation: proof of current SACQSP registration for all principals/key persons; for consortia, registration for each member; copies of professional registrations for directors where applicable.
• Completion of Returnable Documents: DPW-09 (PSB), Pricing/Activity Schedule (C2.2/C2.2.2 or C2.2.3), DPW-16.1 (bid clarification meeting), DPW-21 (Record of Addenda), PA-11 disclosure, PA-16 Ownership, and proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Attendance at compulsory bid clarification meeting (site) if applicable.
• Registration with National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and related declarations; ownership/disclosure forms completed (PA-11, PA-15x series).
• BBBEE/commercial preference documentation to claim points in line with the specific goals regime (e.g., 51% black ownership, local placement, etc.).
