Overview

Procurement of 80 units of Oukitel WP39 Ruggedized Mobile Device or Equivalent. Bidders with experience supplying rugged enterprise devices to government or large organisations, and with capabilities to meet stringent rugged specs (IP68/IP69K, MIL-STD-810H), Android 14, 5G, NFC, and local support, are invited. Submissions are via Johannesburg Water on the e-tender portal; price must be firm and include all taxes; 60-day quotation validity.

Requirements

• Mandatory minimum specifications for each device (Oukitel WP39 or equivalent): IP68/IP69K/MIL-STD-810H; 6.6” FHD+ display; MTK Dimensity 6300; 6GB RAM + 18GB virtual RAM; 256GB storage; rear 64MP + 8MP night vision + 2MP macro; front 32MP; 11100 mAh battery; Android 14 (GMS); 5G, NFC; gyroscope, fingerprint; dimensions 173×80×15.3 mm; gray/black; accessories listed (charger, USB-C, SIM ejector, film, user manual) and 12-month local warranty.
• Quantity and delivery: 80 units; delivery terms to be stated; all delivery costs included.
• Compliance: bidders must be registered on CSD; provide valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; valid tax clearance; municipal rates statement (not older than 90 days arrears); complete MBD forms (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9, MBD6.1); provide company registration docs with director IDs; JV agreements if applicable.
• Documentation: quotations must be on company letterhead in PDF; attach datasheet, reference letters, certifications, and any accreditation or functionality proofs.
• Restrictions: no bids from persons in the state service or blacklisted bidders; pricing must be firm and inclusive of all taxes.
