Overview

Painting of runways, taxiways, aprons, service roads and parkings at King Phalo Airport for a period of three years. Open to CIDB contractors grading 3SK or higher with relevant asphalt road marking/painting experience. Must meet tax and BBBEE requirements, health and safety obligations, and insurance standards. Requirements

• CIDB grading 3SK or higher.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN, with optional TCS certificate; separate TCS for JV/consortia; CSD number if no TCS.
• Submit on official forms; original plus one copy and electronic copy; sealed envelopes; tender deposit register.
• Returnable documents as listed in T2; and acknowledge addenda.
• Non-compulsory briefing/site inspection (12 Aug 2026; attendance advised) with questions by 18 Aug 2026.
• Insurance and Occupational Health & Safety obligations (Part C1/C4); comply with COID and safety regs.
• Evaluation requires minimum functionality (70/100) with letters of experience; 3–4 letters related to road marking/painting; PPPFA 80/20 price/preference, with B-BBEE proof.
• Price validity: 12 weeks; fixed terms per contract data; no price adjustments unless specified.
