Panel for Maintenance of Roads for a period of 18 MonthsClosed

Overview

The Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality invites bids to establish a Panel for Maintenance of Roads for 18 months from suitably qualified service providers. Up to 20 providers will be appointed to maintain gravel roads as needed, with CIDB grade 4CE or higher. Submissions are via email, with a briefing at 51 Main Street, Bizana, and closing on 8 July 2026 at 12:00.

Requirements

• CIDB grade: 4CE or higher; local content requirements apply.
• Complete and submit MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD6.4, MBD8, MBD9; provide supporting certificates.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status; CSD registration; audited 3-year financials; COID/Good Standing.
• Central Database registration; local content declaration where applicable.
• Health and Safety declarations and OHSA compliance; contractor must provide H&S plan.
• If joint venture, provide lead partner’s tax clearance and joint-venture agreement.
• Submit all documents on time; late, incomplete, or non-compliant bids will be rejected.

• Registration/pre-qualifications: CSD, CIDB (4CE+), SARS PIN/TCS; local content declarations as required.
