Panel for Supply & Delivery of Cleaning Material for a Period of Three Years As and When Required. Moqhaka Local Municipality invites bids from suppliers of cleaning materials; preference will be offered to bidders residing in Moqhaka Local Municipality and with valid BBBEE status, per the municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN; CIDB registration if applicable; proof attached.
• BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit (commissioner of oaths).
• Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof attached.
• Municipal rates/taxes status or equivalent (in the company’s name, not older than 3 months).
• Identity documents of company directors; company registration documents.
• Site/briefing attendance is compulsory (briefing details in tender docs).

How to Apply

• Deadline: 17 November 2026 at 12:00; tenders valid 120 days (see Tender Document.pdf).
• Submission: original tender document in sealed envelope, deposited in the bid box at Corner 11&12 Way, Magasyn/Stores, Industrial, Kroonstad (no email submissions) (Tender Document.pdf).
• Documents to submit: completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9), pricing schedule, CIDB (if applicable), tax clearance, CSD proof, BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit, company registration, IDs of directors, and bank details (see Tender Document.pdf).
