Panel for Supply & Delivery of Water & Sewer Plumbing Material and Tools for a Period of Three Years (3) As and When Required. This tender is open to suppliers of plumbing materials/tools, with local preference for Moqhaka residents and BBBEE status. Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• CIDB registration and grading where applicable.
• valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN (and consortium members’ separate certificates if applicable).
• Identity documents of company directors (certified, not older than 6 months).
• Company registration documents (CIPC CK) showing active directors.
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Municipal rates/taxes not in arrears or acceptable alternative proof.
• Pricing Schedule (Pricing/Specifications evidence) and evidence of compliance with specifications.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC, and ability to meet 12-month to 18-month warranty terms.
• Site/Briefing attendance is compulsory.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from the e-tender portal (see attached tender PDFs for details) (Plumbing Material 3-2-002-2026-27 Tender Document.pdf).
• Ensure registration on the Central Supplier Database and attach proof (1.2.7.7).
• Prepare the fully completed original tender document; sign in black ink; do not retype; ensure all pages are present.

• Submit the fully completed original tender document in a sealed envelope to the bid box: Corner 11&12 Way, Magasyn/Stores, Industrial, Kroonstad, by 12:00 on 24 November 2026. Do not email submissions.
• Include required forms and documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, bank details, pricing schedule, and evidence of compliance to specifications (as listed in Section 4 of the documents).
