Overview

Panel for supply, delivery and off-loading of Ring Main Units for a three-year period to Ray Nkonyeni Municipality. Open-tender for RMU supply with a three-year panel; suitable for electrical/ Switchgear manufacturers or suppliers with RMU delivery/off-loading experience and South African operation.

Requirements

• Functionality scoring: minimum 60% to proceed; maximum 10 points for company RMU delivery experience.
• Specific Goals: up to 20 points for local presence (RNM), Ugu District, KwaZulu-Natal or other, with CSD address preference.
• Compliance and documents: official bid forms; MBD 4, 6.1, 8, 9; proof of company registrations; tax compliance certificate/PIN; CSD registration; etc.
• Other: GCC and Schedule-specific conditions for switchgear; post-award performance security; strict adherence to invoice, delivery, warranty, and tests as per Schedule E–I.
