Overview

Panel for upgrading CBD roads, sidewalks and stormwater for 18 months. Bids from suitably qualified contractors (CIDB 5CE or higher) with roadworks capability should consider participating; scope covers CBD surfaced roads, sidewalks and stormwater, with an 18-month panel and formal GCC/COLTO/compliance requirements. Submissions are via email as per conditions.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 5CE or higher.
• VAT registration and Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) with SARS; if applicable, CSD number for bidders without TCS.
• Completion of returnable documents and bid forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, plus other returnables (T2.2).
• Functionality: minimum 70% threshold to proceed to price evaluation (as per tender text).
• Local content: 100% minimum for designated sectors.
• Health and safety: compliance with OHSA 1993 Construction Regulations; provide Health and Safety Plan and declarations.
