PANEL OF ACCREDITED TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Overview

Procurement of a Panel of Accredited Training Service Providers for a 36-month period. The panel targets experienced training providers capable of delivering accredited and non-accredited learning across categories from municipal governance to ICT and soft skills (categories A–H). Requirements

• Fully completed returnable documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; SARS tax PIN; company registration; BBBEE certificate; CSD summary; ID copies; JV agreements where applicable. Copies must be certified within six months.
• Tax compliance: provide TCS PIN or printed TCS certificate; foreign bidders must complete Part B:3; where no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Accreditation/experience: provide SETA accreditation certificates/letters and evidence of training experience (appointments, MOUs, reference letters).
• Functionality threshold: minimum 70% for qualification (based on specified criteria: company experience, accreditation certificates, funded training success).
• Administrative and due-diligence: no bids from state servants; declarations of interest; compliance with POPIA, confidentiality, and procurement rules.
• Evaluation framework: 80/20 price-preference with specific goals; up to 20 points for local KwaZulu-Natal status (proofs required).
