Overview

Panel of Contractors on an “as and when” required basis for a period of three years (Grade 3–9). Bidders with municipal contracting capacity in Grades 3–9, able to provide on-demand services and compliant with tax, VAT, and supplier registration requirements, should consider bidding. Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and certified copies of directors’ and owners’ IDs. (Panel of Contractors READVERT.pdf..pdf)
• VAT included in all prices.
• Submit on the tender document issued; sealed envelope; deposit in JB Marks tender box; no late, post, fax, or email submissions.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before submission.

• Tender evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for Specific Goals under PPFA Act 5 of 2000 and Regulations 2022.

• Tenders not meeting prerequisites will not be considered.

• Submission deadline: 09 September 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission method: sealed envelope deposited in the JB Marks Local Municipality tender box (Supply Chain Management Unit, Wolmarans Street, Potchefstroom), using the issued tender document.
• Documents to complete/submit: the tender document, Tax Clearance Certificate, certified IDs, VAT inclusion proof, and CSD registration evidence; payment receipt for the non-refundable fee.
