Requirements

• Minimum experience: 4 years in EIA applications; project leader must be EAPASA-registered; postgraduate degree with CV and 5 years post-registration.
• Experience: at least 3 public-sector EIA projects with client references (letters on client letterhead, with landline details).
• Certifications: EAPASA registration for project leader; SARS TCS PIN or tax clearance; valid CSD registration; Declaration of no undisputed municipal debt >30 days.
• Documentation: Complete MBD1-9 declarations; MBD2 Tax Clearance; proof of SARS TCS/CSD; proof of EAPASA accreditation; site-specific declarations; BBBEE-specific goal claims (see Table 1).
• Deliverables scope: EIA/BAS, license applications to DEDEAT, geohydrological and other specialist studies, Basic/Full Scoping Reports, EMPr, public participation.
• Compulsory terms: declare conflicts of interest; commence within 14 working days of award; monthly progress reports; adhere to SCM and Abuse policies.
