Overview

Panel of Financial Consultants for a three-year period. Bidders should be financial-service providers capable of AFS preparation/audit support, fixed asset register, revenue enhancement, VAT/tax services, or internal audit services, with ticked specialisations required for eligibility.

Requirements

• Tick at least one field of speciality (otherwise disqualification).
• Submit one copy of the bid document plus the original in a sealed envelope.
• Bid must be valid for 120 days.
• Bids to be deposited in the RNM Bid Box at 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone, by 12:00 on 20 July 2026; public opening thereafter.
• Registration in the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and/or valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) required; foreign bidders must provide SARS details.
• Complete and submit MBD forms (3.1 pricing schedule, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and attach company docs (registration, ID copies, tax, JV agreements if applicable).
• Mandatory clarification briefing on 07 July 2026 via Microsoft Teams (email addresses required to be added by 03 July 2026).
• Evaluation uses an 80/20 system (price 80, specific goals 20) with a 70% minimum for quality to proceed; local and black-ownership points apply (RNM0649.pdf).

• Download bid documents from etenders.gov.za or rnM.gov.za from 19 June 2026 (RNM0649 Panel of Financial Consultants - LATEST.pdf).
• Attend compulsory clarification via Teams on 07 July 2026; provide email to join (see contacts in document).
• Submit bids to the RNM Bid Box at 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone, by 12:00 on 20 July 2026 (opening in public).
• Include: company registration, director IDs, valid Tax Clearance or TCS PIN, MBD 4/6.1/8/9, JV agreements if any, and supporting references.
• If foreign, provide SAQA verification where required and complete Part B questions for foreign suppliers.
