Panel of five conveyancers to undertake conveyancing work for a period of three years. This panel is for King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality and targets legally qualified conveyancers with relevant conveyancing experience.

Requirements

• JV arrangements: submit comprehensive JV agreement if applicable; each partner must submit all required documents.
• Tender forms: complete MBD 1–9 and Annexures A–F in full.
• MBD4 disclosure: declare all companies involved; failure to do so renders the bid non-responsive.
• For offers exceeding R10 million: sign MBD 5; provide financial statements if legally required.
• CIDB: CIDB grading rules apply for larger value work; refer to the specific threshold for the contract.
• No bid submission by previously awarded bidders on the same scope when re-advertised.
• Financials: latest financial statements not older than six months.
• Price changes: any price alterations must be signed.
• Validity: bids hold good for 90 days.
• Local production/content: declare local content as applicable.
• Compliance and documentation: ensure all requested information is complete; incomplete supplementary information may void the bid.
• CSD registration: bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database.
• PPPFA: evaluation follows 2022 PPPFA and related regulations; adhere to minimum thresholds for functionality.
• Late or non-compliant bids are not accepted.
