Overview

Panel for maintenance and repairs of mini-substations at CUT (Bloemfontein and Welkom) for 36 months as and when required. Open to service providers with electrical/substation maintenance capabilities and relevant field experience.

Requirements

• Mandatory online information session (register by 20 Aug 2026; session 24 Aug 2026 11:00).
• Purchase of tender documents for R1,150 (VAT included) via PURCO SA (docs available from 14 Aug 2026).
• Must provide evidence of Insurance: minimum public liability cover of R20 million (letter from insurer or letter of intent acceptable).
• Access to tender documents and participation requires PURCO SA registration; use PURCO SA Open Tenders for PU3200/012 (minisubstations).
• Closing date and time: Friday, 4 Sept 2026 at 23:59. Details on submission method to be confirmed in the tender documents.

NOTE: The tender may be evaluated with preferred supplier criteria, BBEE considerations, and potential award to empowerment entities or joint ventures, per the advert.
