• Senior personnel with extensive post-registration experience; multiple professionals registered with ECSA (civil/building) and LIC certification where applicable.
• Evidence of past project experience (appointment letters and client references) and JV arrangements if applicable.
• Compliance: MBD4/8/9 declarations; local content declarations (MBD 6.2); 90-day bid validity; insurances (Professional Indemnity and Public Liability) to be provided after award.
• Local content requirements under SATS 1286; proof of local production content where required.
• All documents required for tender submission (including original tender document, IDs, and proof of CSD and tax status).
