Overview

Panel of qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply and delivery of food and grocery products on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three (3) years. The panel targets food/grocery vendors capable of supplying Necsa cafeterias and associated needs, across dry groceries, perishable, frozen and meat categories, with compliance to Necsa’s SHEQ/quality standards and site access rules.

Requirements

• Tax & registration: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number, tax clearance, and BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Bidding readiness: submit on official forms (Pricing Schedule SBD 3.1, disclosures) and, if applicable, consortium agreement; comply with GCC and any special conditions.
• Policies and site readiness: provide company SHEQ, Health & Safety, and Quality policies; submit project SHEQ documents; comply with Necsa site access, safety and confidentiality requirements; conduct pre-employment screening for staff.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 04 November 2026 at 11:00; late bids not accepted (Bid box at Necsa Gate 3, Pelindaba) (SBD.docx).
• Submission method: deposit documents in the official Bid Box, using the prescribed forms (not re-typed) (SBD.docx).
• Documents to submit: Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.1), Preference Points form (SBD 6.1), Tax compliance docs (PIN/CSD), consortium documents if any, and the standard NECSA contract forms (SBD 7.1) (See attached bid documents).
• Registrations: SARS PIN or CSD number; provide relevant tax/compliance certificates.
