Overview

This tender is to establish a Panel of Service Providers for Horticulture, Arboriculture and Conservation Maintenance services. Eligible bidders are legally registered, experienced contractors in these fields who can meet mandatory certification and qualification requirements for a 36-month panel.

Requirements

• Valid Operating Regulations for High Voltage System (ORHVS) certification in the name of the owner/director, plus two ORHVS certificates in the names of employees (with payslips, signed contracts, and company organogram as proof).
• Valid pest control operator certificate for industrial vegetation and noxious weeds, issued by the relevant authority, in the owner’s name or an employee’s name with proof of employment (payslips, signed contract, organogram).
• All certificates must be certified by a commissioner of oaths; copies not older than 3 months from closing date.
• The bidder’s information may be verified by JCPZ; false information may lead to disqualification.
