Panel of service providers for supply and delivery of personal protective clothing/equipment and uniforms for a period of three years as and when required. This is an Open-Tender for PPE clothing/equipment and uniforms. Bidders resident in the Moqhaka Local Municipality area with valid BBBEE status receive preference. A compulsory briefing is required at Allen Rautenbach Hall.

Requirements

• Proof of Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN (joint ventures require separate certificates)
• CIDB registration/grading if applicable
• Municipal rates/taxes clearance or acceptable alternative not older than 3 months
• Identity documents of all directors (certified)
• Company registration documents (CK) and active directors
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Evidence of compliance to specifications
• Proof of CSD registration attached
• Attendance at compulsory briefing (non-attendance disqualifies)

How to Apply

• Obtain documents from the e-tender portal: Tender Document PDFs (filename noted in attachments).
• Submit the original tender document in a sealed envelope to: Bid Box, Corner 11&12 Way, Magasyn/Stores, Industrial, Kroonstad, by 12:00 on 24 November 2026; envelope must show tender number and title; no email submissions.
• Complete and submit required forms (e.g., MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) along with 4.1–4.11 documents (pricing schedule, etc.).
• Ensure registrations: CSD, tax clearance, CIDB (if applicable).
