Overview

Panel of Service Providers for Supply & Delivery of Stationery for a Period of Three Years. Moqhaka Local Municipality invites bids from stationery suppliers to form a panel (up to 5 providers) for supply and delivery of office stationery over 3 years, with local presence and preferred BBBEE status.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; separate certificates for each consortium member.
• CIDB registration and grading if applicable.
• Municipal rates/taxes document not older than 3 months (or approved alternative).
• Identity documents of all directors; company registration documents (CIPC CK).
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (SANAS accreditation preferred).
• CSD proof attached; pre-qualification: goods in transit insurance (min R300,000).
• Annexed evaluation criteria include evidence of relevant experience, bank rating, delivery lead time, and ownership/operation of delivery vehicle (see Annexure A).
• Locality preference applies under the municipality’s procurement policy; 80/20 evaluation; locality and black ownership points.

• Submit fully completed original tender documents in clearly labeled, sealed envelopes to the bid box at Corner 11&12 Way, Magasyn/Stores, Industrial, Kroonstad (closing date/time as above). No email submissions. See (1/2/003/2026-27).
• Documents to submit: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9; Pricing Schedule; CIDB, Tax, CSD, BBBEE; bank rating letter; proof of vehicle ownership or hire; insurance certificate; IDs of directors.
• Pre-qualifications: Tax clearance, CIDB if applicable, CSD registration, BBBEE status.
• Briefing/information session: compulsory briefing at 66 Hill Street, Central, Koonstad 9499 (date in advert).
• Documents or pricing: complete Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) with itemized prices (Excl. VAT) and delivery lead times; download bid documents from www.etender.gov.za.
• Evaluation: 80/20 preferential scoring; 20 points for Locality and BBBEE; 80 for price.
