Panel of Service Providers for the Construction of Gravel Roads, Bridges and all Stormwater Related Works for a Period of 18 Months. Open to service providers with CIDB 4CE or higher, with proven capability in gravel roads, bridges and stormwater works, including labour-intensive delivery, plant/equipment, health and safety management, and 100% local content requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB: contractor grading designation 4CE or higher.
• VAT registration and tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; tax clearance where required.
• Complete and sign bid documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD6.4, MBD8, MBD9.
• Returnable documents: Plant and Equipment, Experience, Key Personnel, Declarations, Health and Safety, Subcontractors, Deviations, etc.
• Local content: 100%.
• Functionality: minimum 70% to proceed; evaluation uses 80/20 (80 for price, 20 for specific goals).
• Health and safety: OHSA compliance; provide a Health and Safety Plan; Health and Safety declarations.
• Labour-intensive requirements: qualified supervisors/managers and adherence to EPWP LIC guidelines.
• JV/Consortium: tax PINs for all partners and signed JV/consortium agreements.
• Submission rules: no late submissions; original signed documents; only email submissions (tenders.scm@mbizana.gov.za).
