Overview

Panel of service providers for the provision of catering services for a period of two (02) years. This call is open to accredited catering service providers capable of supplying municipal catering at events and daily requirements, meeting PPPFA evaluation and municipal procurement standards.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing/site inspections on 9 July 2026 (Mthatha town hall, 10:00) and 10 July 2026 (Mqanduli town hall, 11:30).
• Tender documents downloadable free of charge; no hard copies available.
• Submit complete MBD forms (MBD 1–9) and Annexures A–F; JV agreements if applicable.
• Sign MBD 5 for offers equal to or exceeding R10 million.
• CIDB grading aligned to the project; minimum qualifications per the SCM 038/2025/26 requirements.
• Submit a latest municipal rates clearance (not older than 3 months); provide lease documentation if premises are leased.
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and project name; no late, incomplete, or electronic submissions.

• Submission deadline: 04 August 2026 at 12:00; bids must be placed in the tender box (1st Floor, Munitata Building, Next to Room 146) and opened publicly after closing (see attached document for full details) (see JULY ADVERT.pdf).
