Panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of personnel protective equipment for Parks at Emalahleni Local Municipality for 36 months (as‑and‑when required). • Compliance with Emalahleni Local Municipality SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80 points for price, 20 for specific goals).
• Specific goals: 15 points for HDP ownership; 5 points for local-area EME programs; sub-criteria include 100% black ownership, 30% women, 30% youth, and 30% disability ownership.
• Not in the service of the state; not a director/related person in state service; not an advisor or municipal consultant.
• Tenders to be completed in black ink, sealed, and endorsed with ELM 03/2027; opening in public; 90‑day tender validity.
