APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF ACCREDITED TRAINING PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Procurement of a panel of accredited training providers for a period of three years to deliver unit-standard based training to Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality employees. Suitable professional training providers with SETA/QCTO or equivalent accreditation, able to deliver unit-standard-based training aligned to NQF, and who attend the compulsory briefing are invited. MFMP registration and SARS tax clearance are typically required as bid prerequisites.

Requirements

• Accreditation by SETA, QCTO or equivalent; training must be unit standard based and NQF aligned; provide a Programme Accreditation letter.
• Submit CVs and qualifications for facilitators, moderators and assessors; proof of related work experience; company qualifications and appointment letters.
• Functionality minimum 70% with scoring: Company experience (30), Methodology (10), Qualifications of key personnel (30), Experience of key personnel (30).
• Returnable documents: accreditation, CVs with qualifications, SAPS IDs, CK, CSD Summary, SARS tax PIN, SAQA evaluation for foreign qualifications, joint venture agreements where applicable, MFMP proof if ticked.
• Compulsory briefing: attendance is mandatory (see documents); bid validity 90 days from closure.
• Compliance: MFMP registration (if ticked); valid tax clearance; terms of reference fully completed.
