Requirements

• Bidders must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and non-state-employed company directors.
• Attach Municipal rates and taxes statement from the bidder’s municipality.
• Adjudication follows MKLM Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022; 80/20 evaluation.
• Bids must be neatly bound with attachments; sealed and clearly labeled.
• Bids are valid for 90 days; late or non-conforming submissions will not be accepted.
• Submission to the tender box at Moses Kotane Local Municipality; no fax or email submissions.
