Panel of six (06) contractors for building maintenance, alterations and extensions and new building structures for a period of three (03) years, as and when required. Accredited service providers with CIDB grading GB or higher and relevant experience in building maintenance, alterations, extensions and new structures should consider bidding.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: GB or higher.
• Bidders must submit all required forms and annexures (MBD 1–9, Annexures A–F) and, where applicable, JV agreements.
• For offers equal to or exceeding R10 million, audited financial statements for the past three years; and CIDB Level 6+ holders must provide audited statements.
• Central Supplier Database registration and up-to-date municipal rates statements; where applicable, lease or director rates statements.
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and Project Name; no hard copies; pricing must align with the pricing schedule.
