Overview

Panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of sewer and water materials for a period of three years (as and when required). Matjhabeng Local Municipality invites bidders to establish a panel for supplying sewer and water materials over 3 years as required. Target bidders are suppliers with relevant experience in sewer/water materials and the capacity to meet the municipality’s procurement criteria.

Requirements

• Mandatory criteria and functionality evaluation as defined in the tender document
• Price scoring: either 80/20 or 90/10 for price and specific goals (criteria inside the tender document)
• CIDB grading not applicable; no compulsory site briefing
• Bid validity: 120 days
• Availability of documents: 21 October 2026; documents downloadable on the e-Tender portal or printed at the Municipal main building for R600
