Overview

This tender seeks to establish a panel of thirteen event management service providers for a two-year period (re-advert). Accreditated service providers with capability in events management (planning, logistics, production, coordination) should consider bidding, in an open-tender process.

Requirements

• Complete tender documentation: MBD 1–9, Annexures A–F; joint ventures require the JV agreement.
• CIDB: provide the appropriate CIDB grading; Level 6+ where the contract value exceeds R10 million (if applicable).
• Municipal requirements: obtain a municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months); if occupying leased property, provide a lease.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax clearance (as applicable).
• Declare local production and content.
• Bids must be sealed, marked with SCM number and project name; submitted via the required portal/box before the deadline.
• Pricing: total bid price must be supported by a pricing schedule; alterations must be signed.
• Preferential Procurement: PPPFA 2022 criteria apply; Stage 1 Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality (minimum 70/100 to proceed).
• If already awarded work and a subsequent ad is published, those bidders cannot re-bid for the same panel.
• All other standard compliance checks (signing, completeness, and submission format) apply.
