Overview

Panel of three borehole repair and maintenance service providers for Bela Bela Local Municipality, for a 36-month period. Open to firms with CIDB registration of 1 ME or higher (or higher category); joint ventures must submit a consolidated CIDB grading. The procurement is a construction tender (80/20 evaluation: price and specific goals) with closing date 20 November 2026, 12:00.

Requirements

• CIDB registration of 1 ME or higher; JV bidders must submit consolidated CIDB grading; contractor grading designations as required in the bid documents (see BOREHOLES MAINTA.pdf).
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance PIN/Clearance and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration for all parties in a JV (where applicable).
• Returnable documents: company registration, director IDs, CIDB grading evidence, authority to sign, signed JV agreements (if any), municipal rates/taxes not older than 3 months and not in arrears > 90 days, proof of WCA good standing.
• If applicable, lease documentation or affidavit for rates accounts; traditional authority documents if rates are not applicable.
• Proof of Workmen’s Compensation good standing.
• MBD forms, Form of Offer and Acceptance, and pricing schedule completed on official tender forms.
