Panel of three service providers to supply and deliver bitumen material for a period of two years (Two additional) (Re-advert). Requirements

• Complete MBD forms 1–9 and Annexures A–F; JV arrangements must include a full JV agreement and documents for all partners.
• If the deal value is over R10 million (VAT incl.), submit audited annual financial statements for the past three years; CIDB Level 6+ bidders must also provide audited statements.
• Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit a latest municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months) or equivalent confirmation if rates are not applicable; directors’ properties’ statements may be required.
• All certified copies must be recent (≤6 months); price alterations must be signed; bids must be in black ink.
• Bids will be evaluated 80/20; Stage 1 Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality (min 70/100), Stage 3 Price and Specific Goals; PPPFA adherence.
