Overview

Ingquza Hill Local Municipality seeks to appoint a panel of professional town planners for a two-year term to provide town planning services for Lusikisiki and Flagstaff. Bidder must be SACPLAN-registered, capable of delivering SPLUMA-compliant planning, and meet municipal and tax compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Accredited professional town planners (SACPLAN registration).
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or Tax Clearance; provide original TCC if applicable.
• CSD proof of registration and relevant corporate information.
• Mandatory documents: MBD1-9 declarations, pricing schedule, and evidence of accreditation with SACPLAN.
• A letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof).
• Experience and capacity: demonstrable background in town planning, with an organogram and CVs for key team members.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation: SPLUMA, Land Use Management Act, Land Survey Act, Sectional Titles Act, Environmental Management Act, and related policy documents.
• Pricing to be firm and inclusive of all taxes; compliance with the provided pricing schedule.
• Proposals must include a methodology and project approach with a clear team structure and deliverables.
