Overview

Panel: Provision of ICT Goods and Services for the CTICC and Cape Town Stadium. Suitably qualified ICT suppliers with experience and registration are invited to bid. The tender uses a 90/10 scoring mechanism (90 for price, 8 for B-BBEE status, 2 for locality). The compulsory briefing session is 10 September 2026 at 10:00 in CTICC Meeting Room 1.41. Requirements

• Functionality: minimum score of 70 to qualify.
• Registration: bidders not precluded but must be registered on CTICC Database or Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication to be responsive.
• Tender documents: complete and submit in sealed A4 envelope clearly stating bid number and name.
• Submission details: physical tender documents only; late proposals are not accepted; e-mail or fax submissions are not accepted.
• Delivery: bids deposit into Tender Box 1 at CTICC ground floor (No. 1 Lower Long Street, Foreshore).
• Briefer/Enquiries: compulsory briefing; enquiries in writing to tender department (subject: “TENDER NO. CTICC 015/2027 – Enquiries”).

How to Apply

• Obtain documents: request electronically via tender1@cticc.co.za or download from www.cticc.co.za; physical documents available for R200 (non-refundable) in cash from the supply chain office (CTICC1).
• Briefing: attend the mandatory briefing on 10 September 2026, 10:00 at CTICC Meeting Room 1.41.
• Prepare submissions: complete bid documents as issued; place in sealed envelope or deliver to Tender Box 1, CTICC ground floor.
• Submission deadline: submit by 12:00 on 29 September 2026.
• If needed: ensure you are registered (CTICC Database or CSD) before adjudication date to remain responsive.
